AFP High Performance GC Diaphragm Valve
AFP High Performance GC Diaphragm Valves are available in a variety of configurations to meet customer specific needs. Different valve head materials are available, such as:316 stainless steel, Hastelly, Monel, PEEK, PTFE.
Also provide surface treatment needs, such as:SilcoNert 2000 and Dursan. The pressure is generally 150 ~ 500psi, but an additional specification of 1500psi can also be requested. Driver pressure is normal at 65psi, but can be lower as required by the customer.

CADV:Cam-Actuated Diaphragm Valves allow rotary valve systems to be upgraded without changing the existing drive. For the first electrically driven GC diaphragm valve.
Unique Purge Design

C. Dual sample loop:
- Alternate or simultaneous injection.
- Sample loops of different sizes can also be used on the same valve.
- An internal and an external sample loop are also available on the same valve head.
D. Material:SS-316L ( Standard ) / polymers / Hastelloy / Monel / Titanium etc.
E. Coating:Sulfinert ( Passivation treatment ) / Gold / Tantalum etc.
F. 1/32"、1/16"、1/8" VCR or welded pipeline or a combination of various pipelines can also be integrated on the same valve head
Drive Selection
A. Basic features
- There is no problem of flow mixing on the drive ( switching and mixing of carrier gas and sample ), so as to eliminate the mixing problem that does not want to occur on the drive.
- Unique relief pins design: The sample and diaphragm can be replaced quickly, and the diaphragm will not be deformed after a long time of placement.
- Tightened piston design:Allowing the valve to operate in a strong vibration environment or in any position can also extend the service life of the product.
B. Three driving structures
Standard drive
- Single operation、single injection port, gas drive.
Dual drive structure
- Independently control the " N.O. normally opened " and " N.C. normally closed " pistons.
Cam Actuator ( for the first electrically actuated diaphragm valve )
- There are different traffic exchange regimes.
- The driving method can be manual or any rotary drive ( also electric drive ).
- Can be installed on existing rotary pneumatic / electric actuators to retrofit AFP valves.
