  I、Multi Mix Gas Analyzer Functional Specifications  

 

  • Types of gases that can be analyzed:hydrogen (H2), argon (Ar), helium (He), nitrogen (N2), carbon dioxide (CO2), various mixed gases.
  • The composition of the analyte and the lowest detectable concentration (QDL):H2, Ar, N2, CH4, CO, CO2, N2O.  QDL is <10ppb.
  • Total Hydrocarbons (THC) Minimum Detectable Concentration (QDL):<10ppb.
  • The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the five-repeated analysis of the standard composition of the analyte (5ppm):1~2%.

    A. Chromatography System

 

  • Electronic Flow Control (CGM):Standard specification for carrier gas, detector flow, auxiliary gas, backflush gas, and heart cut gas.
  • Oven temperature operating range and accuracy:35℃~200℃.
  • It can be configured with 3 independent temperature-controlled incubators, 3 detectors and 3 sets of independent temperature-controlled sample injection systems.
  • Finger-Tight style string connection, no tools required for string replacement.

    B. Detectors and Control Systems

 

     1. Pulsed Discharge Detector (PDHID):

  • Universal non-destructive helium photoionization detection mode.
  • Helium photon energy:13.5~17.7eV.
