Customized Gas Sample Flow Pressure Control Module
Are you still manually injecting and analyzing the gas samples after sampling?
The customized gas sample flow and pressure control module can be used with any brand of gas chromatograph (GC) or gas analyzer (GC Analyzer) to automatically and continuously analyze gas samples in sampling cylinders or sampling bags. It can be used to perform multiple repeatability tests. And improve analysis reproducibility to avoid manual injection errors and gas loss.
▶ Integrated into GC, controlled by GC
The opening and closing of the sample gas injection of this module can be set in the GC analysis method and the control parameters are controlled by the GC output signal during operation. Therefore, the loss of oxygen during analysis can be avoided.
▶ Can be injected automatically or manually
Continuous and stable analysis and reduced sample gas usage. Therefore, personnel do not need to be stationed near the machine during automatic sampling.
▶ Relative standard deviation (RSD) < 5 % - Positive pressure type
Use the GC setting control parameters to send signals to this module for timing and quantitative injection. This can avoid human sampling errors and provide good repeatability and reproducibility of analysis results.

A. Features of Each Model
1. Positive pressure type ( P/N: GFC-P )
- Use the sampling cylinder as the sample gas source. During the GC analysis process, the analysis can be repeated automatically and the loss of sample gas can be avoided. Therefore, the analysis data is highly accurate and reproducible.
2. Normal pressure type ( P/N: GFC-NO )
- Using the sampling bag as the source of sample gas. The analysis can be automatically repeated during the GC analysis process. There is no need to press the sample by hand anymore, and human operation errors can also be avoided.
- Optional sampling bag cleaning and standard gas preparation device.
3. Negative pressure type ( P/N: GFC-NE )
Trace gas samples from reactors or sampling bottles. The negative pressure process is used to control and extract gas samples, so there is no need to use a gas-tight syringe to extract and inject samples.
