DDS-UHP standard gas diluter is a computer software controlled, with high-precision flow controller, Taiwan's only high-precision dynamic dilution system adopted by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company ( TSMC F12P7 ) after verification, is an operation Simple, portable gas diluter.

The basic equipment is composed of two high-precision mass flow meters. It is suitable for multi-point calibration of electronic grade gas / special gas GC analyzer or gas chromatograph. Only one bottle of 1~5ppm high concentration standard gas can be used to prepare various low concentration standard gases within the dilution range.

• Analysis of key nitrogen components in high-purity gas or special gas

    — The biggest difference with other brands of diluents is that our diluter has been specially

         designed to prevent leakage. The background concentration of nitrogen components in

         the diluter is less than 10ppb, so it still has a good performance for the dilution of

         nitrogen components.

• Paired with a diluter to make the analysis data more convincing

    — Since the single-point calibration curve has the risk of misjudgment, gas dilution and

         multi-point calibration can be carried out through the diluter, which makes the analysis

         data and detection limit more convincing.

• Diluter Proven

    — Each set of diluters is validated before leaving the factory and a test report is provided.

• Customized Requirements

    — Has many years of gas analysis experience and customized technology to meet the

         actual needs of customers.

• Windows Operating Interface

    — With the Windows operation interface, you can directly input the target concentration

         and the required gas volume. The computer automatically calculates the result of the

         mixed gas, and controls the output of the flow meter for gas mixing.
