explosive components in the oxygen plant has been completed

 

Oxygen supply plays an important role in the steelmaking process, semiconductor process and liquid crystal display process. The purity of oxygen dominates the yield of each process product and the risk of industrial safety. In the 1990s, air separation equipment explosion casualties occurred in foreign countries, and the safety of air separation equipment has attracted great attention.


The current online detection of hazardous gas components in the liquid oxygen process in the oxygen factory relies on old equipment with limited functions such as GC-FID and NDIR, and the analysis capability is insufficient. Therefore, a detection instrument for hazardous components has been developed to analyze the hazardous explosion of the liquid oxygen process in the oxygen factory online. Gas components CO2、N2O、CH4、C2~C4, impurity components Ar、Kr、N2, trace analysis technology can reach below 50ppb, improve and expand the applicability of the analyzer to achieve the following expected goals.

 

  • The new analytical detection technology that measures all components at once replaces the traditional three analytical detection techniques.
  • Accurately detect trace and micro-explosive components to improve the industrial safety of oxygen fields.
