The issue of food safety has always attracted the attention of the public, especially the recent seizure of a toxic substance - " 2-ethylhexyl phthalate, DEHP " in commercially available beverages, which has attracted everyone's attention. It seems that the food safety of the public has turned on the red light again.
As a leading brand of analysis and testing instruments, our role in this event is to provide more comprehensive and faster instruments and analysis techniques to help relevant personnel strictly check; and to do a good job in analysis and inspection. In view of the above reasons, we specially held this lecture, and invited Professor Xie Jiantai of National Sun Yat-Sen University and Professor Chen Jingchuan, Vice President of Meihe University of Science and Technology, to give special speeches for us.
In addition, we also take this opportunity to introduce Agilent Technologies' solutions in the field of food analysis, and how we can help you meet the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration for DEHP regulations, as well as the application of Agilent Technologies products in the analysis of unknowns .
